Job Description

 

What We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced HR professional with strong business partnering capabilities who can balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to support business objectives and organizational growth.

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, training & development, and office administration.

  • Partner closely with management on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and people management.

  • Lead annual HR processes, including performance appraisal, salary review, talent assessment, and succession planning.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance HR effectiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regional/global HR guidelines.

  • Manage headcount planning, HR budgeting, workforce cost analysis, and monthly forecasting.

  • Prepare HR reports and support regional and global HR projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably from multinational corporations or the construction, engineering, manufacturing industry.

  • Experience supporting both white-collar and blue-collar employees would be an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proven ability to partner with senior management and drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, hands-on, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP and HRIS/Payroll systems is preferred.
