What We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced HR professional with strong business partnering capabilities who can balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to support business objectives and organizational growth.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, training & development, and office administration.
Partner closely with management on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and people management.
Lead annual HR processes, including performance appraisal, salary review, talent assessment, and succession planning.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance HR effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regional/global HR guidelines.
Manage headcount planning, HR budgeting, workforce cost analysis, and monthly forecasting.
Prepare HR reports and support regional and global HR projects as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably from multinational corporations or the construction, engineering, manufacturing industry.
Experience supporting both white-collar and blue-collar employees would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven ability to partner with senior management and drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, hands-on, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP and HRIS/Payroll systems is preferred.
