Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise PCBA production lines to ensure productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
Oversee equipment maintenance and management, including:
SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines
Auto Inserters
Wave Soldering Machines
Inspection Machines
Other production equipment
Lead and implement manufacturing process improvement activities to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
Monitor equipment status and production performance, and provide regular reports to relevant departments regarding maintenance activities, machine utilization, and operational conditions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in PCBA manufacturing, SMT, or electronics production.
Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
Able to use Microsoft Office and communicate in English.
