Position: Process Engineer
Location: Laemchabang, Chonburi

Responsibilities: 
•  Analyze and identify root causes affecting the production process. 
•  Coordinate with relevant departments to drive process efficiency and improvements. 
•  Maintain process parameters to ensure products meet quality specifications. 
•  Monitor and improve machine and process efficiency. 
•  Prepare process documentation, performance reports, and operating instructions. 
•  Support trial runs and validation for new product introduction. 
•  Prepare and update work instructions, control plans, and PFMEA documents. 
•  Analyze and track production performance data to improve efficiency. 
•  Support internal and external audits related to process and quality standards. 
•  Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects. 
•  Perform other duties as assigned standards. 

Job Qualifications: 
•  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or process improvement. 
•  Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
•  Proficient in English and MS Office applications. 
•  Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. 
•  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
•  Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. 
•  Strong project management and organizational skills. 
•  Leadership ability and experience in team coordination (if supervising staff). 
•  Positive attitude, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with other 
departments.
