タイ国内で積極的な店舗拡大を進めており、多業態の店舗運営を通じて外食サービスを提供しています。
仕事内容：
■寿司の仕込み・握り・商品提供など、調理業務全般を担当
■食材管理、衛生管理を含む品質管理業務全般
■タイ人スタッフへの技術指導および教育・育成
■オペレーションマニュアル（SOP）の導入・運用サポート
■マネジメントチームと連携した店舗運営体制の構築
■店舗全体の品質向上と継続的な改善活動への参画
応募資格：
【必須条件】
■寿司店、回転寿司店、和食店などでの実務経験をお持ちの方
【歓迎条件】
■新規出店や立ち上げ経験があれば尚可
■多国籍な環境でも柔軟に対応できる方
■品質管理および厨房マネジメントの経験をお持ちの方
