We are seeking a proactive and analytical System Analyst to support and enhance business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring system reliability, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of technology solutions that support operational excellence. 

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, system enhancements, and process improvements.

• Coordinate with business users, developers, and external vendors throughout the system development lifecycle.

• Manage testing activities, including system testing, UAT coordination, and documentation preparation.

• Provide application support, troubleshoot incidents, monitor system performance, and ensure service continuity.

• Support system integration projects and application rollouts while maintaining compliance with IT standards and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in System Analysis or Application Support.

• Strong knowledge of web applications, APIs, system integration, and database technologies such as SQL or Oracle.

• Experience in requirements gathering, system documentation, process analysis, and UAT management.

• Familiarity with Java and React technologies; knowledge of AI tools, technologies, or integrations is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with good English proficiency.
