PR/110724 | PPC Assistant Manager (Projects)

Experience in handling new projects, including development and implementation activities.

Direct interaction with customers for new project discussions, coordination, and execution.

Knowledge of Kanban systems, material planning, inventory control, and A-Class material management.

Working knowledge of SAP, particularly for new project setup, planning, and execution.

Ability to track action items, follow up on target dates, communicate updates, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion.

Strong presentation capabilities, detailed documentation practices, report preparation, and data analysis skills.

Experience in managing PPC-related assets, including trucks, forklifts, trolleys, bins, and other material handling equipment.

Experience in conducting training programs, team-building initiatives, and DOJO-based learning activities.

Coordination with vendors for implementing new delivery flows, process improvements, and supply chain efficiency.

Ability to identify and implement effective space utilization and layout improvement initiatives.

Expertise in manpower deployment, workforce planning, and identification of critical manpower requirements.

Knowledge of safety requirements, promotion of 5S practices, and driving workplace safety initiatives.

Experience in preparing and managing annual budgets, including cost planning and monitoring.

Proficiency in SAP modules relevant to production planning, material management, and operational activities.
