ウェディングセールスマネージャー - コンバージョン＆クライアントコンサルテーション

当社クライアントは、東京中心部にあるランドマーク的な高級ホテルで、新たに改装された会場におけるウェディング問い合わせを契約成立へと導くウェディングセールスマネージャーを募集しています。この役割は、販売目標の完全な責任を持ち、世界的に認知された高級ブランドの充実したウェディングチームの一員として働く機会を提供します。特典として、東京中心部の名高いロケーションで、強力な先行予約市場に注力できる環境があります。
主な職務内容：
- ウェディングの問い合わせを契約成立に変換する
- 会場ツアーの開催およびクライアントとの相談を実施する
- 個人の販売目標を達成し、販売パイプラインを管理する
- スムーズな引き継ぎのためにウェディング実行チームと連携する
- クライアントのビジョンや好みに合わせたウェディング提案を作成する
- 販売コンバージョンを最大化するために契約条件を交渉する
- 販売プロセス全体を通じて洗練されたコンサルティング型のクライアント対応を維持する
- 会場の利用最適化のために先行予約を管理する
応募条件：
- 強力なクロージング実績を持つウェディングまたはブライダルの販売経験
- コンバージョンおよび収益目標達成の実績
- 優れたクライアント対応の相談および交渉スキル
- 日本語ネイティブレベルの能力
- 温かみがあり、コンサルティング志向で結果重視の販売アプローチ
- 高級ホテルまたはプレミアムウェディング会場での販売経験があれば尚可だが必須ではない
- 新規オープンまたは改装された会場の販売経験があれば尚可だが必須ではない
- 日本のウェディング市場およびサービス期待に関する理解があれば尚可だが必須ではない
