RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily network operations and maintain stable network services.
- Plan and coordinate network maintenance and system upgrades.
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network systems.
- Respond to network incidents, alerts, and escalations.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in Network Operations, NOC, or Network Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Good understanding of Cisco or similar network technologies.
- Native Japanese or JLPT N1 and Fluent English
- CCNA, CCNP, or similar certification is preferred.
