Job Description
ソフトウェアエンジニアとして5年以上の実務経験
- AgileおよびScrum開発プロセスでの業務経験
- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上
- 日本語：日常会話レベル以上
- モダンなWebアプリケーション開発における強いフルスタック開発経験
- React・Vue・Next.js等を用いたフロントエンド開発経験
- Node.js・Python・Elixir・Ruby・PHPなどを用いたバックエンド開発経験
- スケーラブルなAPIおよびバックエンドシステムの設計経験
- ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ・システム設計・技術的トレードオフに関する深い理解
- PostgreSQLまたはMySQLなどのリレーショナルデータベースの利用経験
- 本番環境の運用責任を伴う開発経験
- エンジニアの育成や技術プロジェクトをリードした経験
- 高いコミュニケーション能力・デバッグ力・協働力・問題解決能力
- 不確実性の高い状況でも主体的に課題を推進できる能力
