Job Description
親会社と海外子会社間の請求業務
⇒請求書の作成、数字の突合、社内各部署への確認作業、海外子会社からの問い合わせ対応
海外子会社の各種KPI・データ管理
⇒売上・客数・客単価・販売比率など、各種KPIをシステムやツールから毎日出力した数値の正確性を確認する作業、出力エラーが発生した際の対応
海外子会社が作成する営業予算フォーマットの作成
⇒各海外子会社に配する予算表へのデータの入力、管理システムへの反映
海外事業部の総務業務
⇒社内イベントの準備、海外出向者に関する事務・手続き等

Required Skills

①営業事務職または経理職の経験
②中級レベル以上のExcelのスキル（IF関数やSUMIFS関数、VLOOKUP関数を利用でき、複数シートにわたった処理ができるレベル。）
【歓迎条件】
Access、マクロ、SQL、BIツールの実務利用の経験がある方
外食・小売企業などのBtoC事業で、売上データなどを取り扱った経験がある方
店舗業務や販売業務などの経験をお持ちの方
英語を話せる方 不問 （英語に抵抗ない方歓迎）
