技術系オープンポジション
・製品設計
ニードルベアリングや通勤案内機器・メカトロ製品など自社製品の設計（対外図面および生産用の加工図面の作成）、既存製品の改良など
・製品開発
顧客課題に対する新製品のアイデア創出、設計・試作、性能や耐久評価、社外プレゼン、特許調査や申請など
・生産技術
製品をより効率的に生産するための新たな加工技術や生産設備の開発・設備のメインテナンスなど
・品質保証・管理
不良品・不適合品の調査および報告書の作成、再発防止策の検討・推進、品質基準の作成・管理など
