■業務内容
中国本社、香港、シンガポール等の海外支社と連携して、日本および韓国の石油元売り会社、ガス・電力会社、商社との商材の売買、調達。
・商材の船積みから荷揚げまでの手配、検船、書類作成、各支社、取引先との連絡、調整、請求業務等のオペレーション業務。
（1）輸出入・三国間取引におけるデリバリー調整（船積調整、Vessel Nomination、本船運航に関わる各種連絡・調整業務）
（2）書類作成（売買契約書、船積書類、検船報告、Invoice発行）
（3）代金決済（決済管理、L/C作成）
・マーケット情報収集やデータ分析、契約書レビューなど営業サポート業務
・将来的には営業（トレーダー）、マーケッターとしてステップアップを想定

・英語ビジネスレベル中級以上（TOEIC750点以上、リンガスキルB2以上）
■尚可
・中国語できれば歓迎
■資質・能力
・Excel、Word、PowerPoint等Office系Applicationが使える方
・残業、時間外の緊急対応が可能な方
