糖鎖技術を用いた抗体医薬やADCの創薬基盤構築をお任せします。
合成からLC MS/MS解析まで担い新規エピトープ探索を推進します。
最先端シーズを社会実装し、新薬開発に直接貢献できるポジションです。
【はじめに任せる役割】
糖ペプチド設計や合成、LC MS/MS等の分析法開発をお任せします。実験系構築や外部機関との連携を自律的に進め、疾患特異的なエピトープ探索を推進していただきます。
【将来的に任せる役割】
糖鎖創薬プラットフォームの高度化や分析技術の標準化を牽引していただきます。取得データを研究・知財戦略に活かし、独自のADCパイプライン創出を技術面から主導する中核人材として活躍できます。
