創薬研究における探索初期から前臨床段階まで創薬化学グループ研究員として開発候補品探索業務を行う。
具体的には以下のとおりです。
・グループメンバーとともに下記の業務を実施
構造活性相関研究における課題策定と戦略立案（低分子中心、一部新規モダリティを含む）
化合物のデザインおよび合成
自動合成装置の活用など創薬基盤技術の拡充
新規創薬研究テーマの立案

・ケモインフォマティクスを活用した創薬経験
・海外の研究機関の研究者と業務において英語でのコミュニケーションに携わった経験
