高出力マイクロ波源であるジャイロトロンシステムの設計・納入プロジェクトを管理します。技術開発チームを含む社内外のすべてのステークホルダーと連携して、プロジェクトの成功を確実にする責務を担います。

Required Skills
【必要要件】
・プロジェクトのマネジメント経験（個別受注型プロジェクトであれば尚可）
・海外顧客とのコミュニケーション、ファシリテーション能力（英語：中上級以上）
・製品開発関連部門での業務経験（3 年以上）
【歓迎要件】
・チームマネジメントの実務経験
・海外駐在や海外ベンダーとのやり取りなど多文化環境での業務経験
・ISO9001 などの品質管理基準に関する知識
・調達、生産、物流管理などサプライチェーンマネジメントの経験
・各種契約書の理解と作成経験
