・倉庫オペレーション全体の管理・改善
（入庫・出庫・保管・出荷プロセスの最適化、動線改善）
・スタッフ管理／育成
（シフト管理、KPI管理、安全ルール・作業基準の遵守指導）
・在庫管理（Inventory Control）
（在庫レベル管理、定期棚卸、在庫差異の是正）
・SAPを用いた在庫／出荷データ管理、業務運用の維持／改善
・安全管理／コンプライアンス対応
（フォークリフト・設備安全、法令・社内規程遵守）
・設備／機器管理
（フォークリフト等の点検、保全・メンテナンス管理）
・物流／出荷関連データの管理およびレポーティング
（KPI、コスト、業務改善アクションの報告）
・SCM／購買／生産／品質部門との連携／調整

・自動車業界でのご経験がある方
