法務のバックグラウンドを有し、英語での執務が可能であることが望ましい。

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・以下のいずれかの組織における3年以上の実務経験
（１）金融機関（※）の法務・コンプライアンス部署
（２）規制当局
（３）法律事務所（但し、金融機関を相手とする業務経験がある場合に限る）
（※）銀行または証券会社。信託銀行、運用会社または保険会社の場合でも、運用商品の取扱い経験がある場合は優遇
・読み書きだけでなく、口頭でのビジネスレベルでのやり取りができる程度の英語力
・過半のオフィス勤務（週2日程度のテレワーク可）
【歓迎するスキル】
・証券会社での以下のいずれかの業務経験
（１）投資銀行業務を含むホールセール部門での業務
（２）グローバル・マーケッツ業務
（３）クロスボーダー取引に関する業務
・法学部・法科大学院卒業または弁護士資格保有
