Application Scientist/Engineer【外資半導体検査・計測装置メーカー】

業界トップシェアを誇る、欠陥検査装置のアプリケーションエンジニアとして従事いただきます。
お客様に対し、設定、課題解決、操作サポート、トレーニングなどを提供します。

（1）顧客と密にコミュニケーションを取り、顧客の要望や改善点を聞き出す。
（2）ウェーハ/パネル検査装置のアプリケーションサポート、システム操作サポート、トレーニングを顧客に直接提供し、ヘッディング問題に対する技術的解決策をコンサルティングする。
（3）本社エンジニアリングチーム、テクニカルサポートチーム、サービスチームと協力し、アプリケーションや問題解決策を提供する。
（4）半導体工場内のツール（Ontoのツールを含む）に接続されたサーバーの操作とセットアップ。
（5）顧客に操作のトレーニングを行い、必要に応じてトレーニング資料を作成する。
（6）顧客の複雑な技術的問題を解決し、それらの問題のエスカレーションを管理する。
（7）新しいシステムの技術情報を提供し、顧客と共に新しいアプリケーションを開発する。
（8）日本地域を5年以上、10年以上サポートする。


（1） Communicate with customer very closely and find their demand and required improvement by business level or native Japanese Language.
（2） Provide application support for wafer/panel inspection systems system operation support and training to customers directly consult technical solution for heading issues.
（3） Work collaboratively with Headquarter engineering team Technical Support team service team cross functionally to provide application issue solution take Applications ownership of escalations.
（4） Operation and setup Servers connected to tools in semiconductor fabs （including Onto’s tools）.
（5） Train customers on tool operation and generate training material if necessary.
（6） Establish and broaden the customer base by resolving their complex technical issues and managing escalations of those issues
（7） Providing new system technology information and develop new application with customer.
（8） Support Japan region for more than 5 year expecting 10 years over.

■必須条件
・Scientist:理系博士号取得者
・Engineer:理系修士課程修了者
（いずれも物理 化学 材料 データサイエンスなどの分野）

■歓迎条件
・半導体関連技術経験者
・先端半導体技術に興味のある方

■Required
・Scientist: Holder of a PhD in Science or Engineering
・Engineer: Holder of a Master's degree in Science or Engineering
（Both in fields such as Physics Chemistry Materials Science or Data Science）

■Preferred
・Experience in semiconductor related technology is highly desirable
・Those interested in cutting edge semiconductor technology
