【職務概要】
海外代理店の販売実行力を最大化することを目的とし、グローバル戦略と地域特性に基づく営業・市場戦略の策定、
実行支援、課題解決の伴奏を通じて、持続的な事業成長および顧客価値の最大化の実現を目指します。
目下のミッションは中南米の市場開拓とオセアニアでのヨネックスファン獲得の為の戦略実行になります。
【仕事内容】
代理店営業の責任者として、複数代理店のマネジメントおよび営業推進を担っていただきます。
自ら現場理解を深めながら組織をリードしていただくポジションです。
【業務詳細】
・中南米＆オセアニアの営業・市場戦略の策定・展開支援
（担当地域の市場特性を踏まえ、代理店による営業／Go to Market戦略の企画とローカル展開を支援する）
・各国の市場・業界情報の収集（※海外出張あり）
・販売進捗・成果を分析し、販売パフォーマンス向上の支援
・代理店の契約方針設計・管理支援
・予算管理
・チームメンバーのマネジメント
