人事労務・安全衛生領域のマネジメントポジションとして、コンプライアンス対応、労務リスク管理、安全衛生体制の運営およびチームマネジメントを担当いただきます。
■ コンプライアンス・労務対応 ・内部通報窓口に寄せられる各種相談案件の受付、調査対応 ・関係者ヒアリングおよび事実確認 ・労務トラブル、ハラスメント事案への対応 ・関係部署や外部専門家と連携した課題解決 ・調査報告書作成、経営層へのレポーティング ・再発防止策の企画、運用
■ コンプライアンス推進・研修企画 ・相談案件の分析およびレポート作成 ・ハラスメント防止施策の企画立案、運営 ・従業員向け研修の企画、コンテンツ作成、実施
■ 労務・安全衛生業務 ・休職・復職者の対応およびフォロー ・産業医、関係部署との連携 ・健康管理およびウェルビーイング施策の推進 ・安全衛生関連法令に基づく各種対応 ・衛生委員会の運営
■ 組織運営 ・労務オペレーションの構築・改善 ・人事プロジェクトへの参画 ・チームメンバーの育成およびマネジメント

・労務トラブル、ハラスメント案件対応経験
・労働組合対応や労使交渉の経験
・労働法およびコンプライアンスに関する知識
・コンプライアンス研修や啓発施策の企画・運営経験
・勤怠管理、休職者対応、安全衛生業務経験 ・高いコミュニケーション能力、調整能力
・マネジメントまたはメンバー育成経験
・Word、Excel、PowerPointを用いた業務経験
・社会保険労務士資格 ・第一種または第二種衛生管理者資格 ・英語によるメール作成・会議対応が可能な方
