・グローバルHR企画
・要員・人件費マネジメント
・海外拠点連携
・報酬ガバナンス構築・運用
■働き方
・月4回以上の出社を基本とし、業務状況に応じて在宅勤務を活用可能
・業務とのバランスを取りながら、フレックスタイム制度を柔軟に活用可能
・業務上必要な場合には、休日出勤あり
