■職務概要
エンドツーエンドの物流業務を統括し、顧客への最適なサービスの提供を確保するとともに、コスト効率の向上、プロセスの最適化、および地域・グローバル戦略との整合性を推進する。
革新的なプロジェクトを主導し、日本における物流全般（コスト管理・パフォーマンス管理、輸送、倉庫管理）を担当する。
■具体的な業務内容
1. 安全および品質基準に準拠し、倉庫および輸送業務（入荷・出荷、在庫管理、付加価値サービス）の日常業務を統括する。
2. 3PLパートナーを管理し、サービスパフォーマンス、コスト管理、契約遵守を確保する。
3. 中長期的なキャパシティ予測、予算策定、KPIの追跡を含む物流計画の推進。
4. 物流最適化施策（例：ルート最適化、積荷の集約、倉庫の移転）の特定および実施。
5. 需要計画、営業、マーケティング部門と緊密に連携し、サプライチェーンの整合性を確保する。
6. 主要な小売顧客に対する主要な窓口として、エスカレーションの解決や顧客満足度の向上に努める。
7. チーム管理および人材育成

Required Skills
■必須要件
・サプライチェーンおよびロジスティクス分野での実務経験が10年以上あること。
・FMCG（日用消費財）の倉庫業務、または3PL／契約ロジスティクス環境におけるFMCGの取り扱い経験があること。
・日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベルの実力があること。
・WMSおよびERPシステムの運用知識があること。
・マネジメント経験
