業界トップシェアを誇る、欠陥検査装置のアプリケーションエンジニアリング組織のマネージャーとして、チームマネジメントおよび顧客への技術サポートを担っていただきます。国内主要半導体メーカーに対し、技術提案から課題解決、運用支援まで幅広く対応いただきます。
■職務概要
・FAEチームのマネジメントおよびメンバー育成
・顧客との関係構築を通じて、技術課題やニーズを把握し、最適な解決策を提案
・ウエハー／パネル向け検査・計測装置に関するアプリケーションサポート、技術コンサルティングの提供
・顧客のプロセス改善や歩留まり向上に向けた技術支援
・本社エンジニアリングチーム、テクニカルサポートチーム、サービスチームとの連携による問題解決の推進
・顧客先に導入されたシステムおよび関連サーバー環境の運用・セットアップ支援
・顧客向けトレーニングの企画・実施、およびトレーニング資料の作成
・複雑な技術課題の解決およびエスカレーション案件のマネジメント
・新製品や新技術の導入支援、顧客との新規アプリケーション開発の推進
・国内FAE組織の体制構築および組織運営への参画

Required Skills
＜歓迎条件＞
・半導体製造装置メーカーにおけるFAE（Field Application Engineer）またはApplication Engineerの実務経験
・半導体検査装置、計測装置、解析装置などの技術サポート・立上げ経験
・半導体プロセス（前工程・後工程）に関する知識・経験
・チームリーダーまたはマネージャーとしての組織運営/メンバー育成経験
・英語を用いた顧客対応や海外拠点とのコミュニケーション経験（会議参加レベル以上）
