【業務内容】
・経営戦略および事業計画の策定・実行
・パイプライン開発戦略の立案および推進
・研究開発プロジェクトの全体マネジメント
・製薬企業、アカデミア、VC等とのアライアンス・事業開発活動
・ライセンスアウトや共同研究等の事業提携推進
・エクイティ・補助金等を含む資金調達活動の推進
・投資家対応、取締役会対応、事業計画・資金計画策定
・組織構築、人材採用、各部門マネジメント
・社内オペレーションおよび管理体制の整備
・CEOの経営パートナーとして企業成長戦略を実行
