【業務内容】
同社事業の柱の一つであるCRO案件について、BD Directorとして営業業務の責任者を担っていただきます。
【具体的に】
・社長直下で、日本国内およびグローバルの製薬企業やバイオベンチャーに対し、当社のCROサービス（主に非臨床薬効薬理試験）を提案・拡販し、新規契約の獲得を推進
・iPS CAR T基盤を活用した先端治療領域のCROサービスの拡大戦略の立案・実行
・CRO事業におけるパートナーシップ構築およびアライアンス開発をリードし、戦略的な事業提携を推進
・日本国内外の製薬企業、バイオテック企業、アカデミアとの新規提携・アライアンスの企画・推進
・契約交渉、クロージング、パートナーへのハンドオフまでの一連の商業サイクル管理
・日本の製薬・創薬エコシステムとの連携強化を通じて、CROサービスのプレゼンス向上およびブランド強化に貢献
・社内研修部門とサイエンスをベースにした連携、各種調整業務

【必須要件】
・ライフサイエンス分野（薬学・生物学・化学など）などのバックグラウンドを持つ方
・製薬・バイオテクノロジー業界においてビジネス開発経験を持つ方
・マネジメント経験を持つ方
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力を有する方
【尚可条件】
・非臨床 薬効薬理試験の実務経験、又は商材としての営業経験を有する方（モダリティ不問）
