営業のパートナーとして、国内のお客様への技術サポートを行う
○顧客への製品技術サポート・ソリューション提案
○販売後のユーザーへの問い合わせ等の技術サポート・不具合対応
○顧客への製品納入時の立会い
○客先品質監査への準備・対応
○展示会における出展準備、アテンド時の技術サポート
○市場・顧客からの情報収集・ニーズの抽出及び社内情報展開
○代理店・営業への製品教育
