Job Description

Role Summary

The System TPM serves as the primary technical leader for automotive system development projects, supporting project execution, technical planning, risk management, release management, and customer engagement. The role drives cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved while meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead system development activities and system release planning.
  • Drive technical risk management, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate System, Software, Hardware, Mechatronics, and Validation teams.
  • Manage system deliverables, design reviews, and change requests.
  • Act as the technical interface for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, resources, and technical performance.
  • Lead and mentor system engineering teams.

Required Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Automotive, Systems Engineering, or related field).
  • 10+ years of experience in Automotive R&D and system engineering.
  • Strong expertise in ADAS or Telematics , Automated Driving, or Automotive Compute Platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in system architecture, requirements management, and technical risk management.
  • Knowledge of ASPICE and automotive development processes.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional global teams and customer-facing projects.
  • Fluent English and Japanese communication skills.
