ホテルスタッフ・マルチタスクサービス
概要
当社クライアントは、東京近郊に新規オープンした小規模高級ホスピタリティ施設のホテルスタッフを募集しています。この役割は、受付、レストラン、ハウスキーピング、キッチンサポートを含むゲストサービス全般に携わるマルチタスクサービスのポジションで、幅広い経験を積むユニークな機会を提供します。新しい施設で働きながら、サービス基準に影響を与え、パーソナライズされた環境でゲストと密接に交流できるメリットがあります。
主な業務内容：
- ゲストのチェックイン・チェックアウト手続きを効率的に管理する
- レストランで高級基準に注意を払いながら食事と飲み物を提供する
- ハウスキーピングをサポートし、ゲストルームを基準に沿って準備・整える
- キッチンスタッフを補助し、料理の準備や盛り付け作業を行う
- 日本人および海外からのゲストにパーソナライズされたサービスを提供する
- 施設オープン時にサービス改善案を提案・実施する
- ゲストおよび売上管理のためにホテル管理システムとPOSシステムを操作する
- ビジネスレベルの日本語と日常会話レベルの英語で効果的にコミュニケーションを取る
- 受付、レストラン、ハウスキーピング、キッチンの各部門をローテーションで担当する

- 日常会話レベルの英語能力
- 複数部門でのホスピタリティ業務経験
- 高級ホスピタリティサービス基準の知識
- ゲストのチェックイン・チェックアウト手続きの対応能力
- POSおよびホテル管理ソフトの操作経験
- 基本的な料理準備および盛り付けスキル
- ハウスキーピングおよび客室整備スキル
- 優れた対人・コミュニケーション能力
- 複数部門で柔軟に勤務できる適応力
