Job Description
Position: Senior Supervisor (CNC)
Total Salary: Maximum to 55,000 THB/Month
Location: Amata, Chonburi
This position requires TOEIC score of 500+
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and control daily CNC production activities to achieve production targets.
Manage, motivate, and develop CNC operators and production staff.
Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
Monitor machine performance and support troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality.
Prepare and review production reports and related documentation.
Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering and Quality to improve production efficiency.
Use Microsoft Office for reporting, planning, and communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Experience in production management, specifically in CNC manufacturing.
TOEIC score of 500 or above.
Strong technical skills in CNC manufacturing processes.
Proficient in using measuring instruments and inspection tools.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
