保険業界のお客様における業務変革およびシステム効率化を目的とした大規模トランスフォーメーションプロジェクトです。アジャイル開発環境の中で、Sprint Testing、Integration Testing、Regression Testingを通じてシステム品質を担保し、ビジネス変革の実現を支援します。
【主な業務内容】
- テスト計画の作成、テストケース設計およびテストデータ準備
- 機能・非機能要件に対するテスト実施および結果記録
- 不具合の検出、報告、追跡および開発チームとの解決推進
- Sprint Testing、Integration Testing、Regression Testingの実施
- APIおよびシステム間インターフェースの結合テスト実施
- テスト進捗、課題、リスクの可視化および関係者への報告
- 品質向上、テスト効率化、DevOps自動化などの改善活動推進
- ジュニアメンバーへの指導およびタスク管理
- Agile開発における各種セレモニーへの参加
- 開発者、ビジネスアナリスト、QAリードとの連携

- 保険（生命保険・損害保険）または金融業界におけるSDLC・STLCの実務経験
- テストプロジェクトでの実務経験5年以上12年以下
- Agile開発環境におけるテスト経験および分散チームでの協業経験
- 日本語/英語：ビジネス上級（会議、プレゼン、顧客・社内関係者との折衝を自立して行える）
【尚可条件】
- Selenium、Playwright、SoapUI、Postman等を利用したテスト自動化経験
- GenRocket等を利用したテストデータ管理経験
- SQLを利用したデータベーステスト経験
- CI/CD環境に関する知識または実務経験
- GDPR関連知識
- テストリードまたはメンバー育成経験
