建設業界において、建築・土木・地域開発・都市開発・不動産事業を展開する企業です。
主に工場や生産施設の建設プロジェクトを手掛けており、タイ国内で長年にわたり事業を展開しています。
仕事内容：
施工管理者として、受注した日系工場の施工管理を担当し、建築主とのやりとりやタイ人スタッフとのコミュニケーションを円滑に行い、QCDS（品質、コスト、工期、安全）を管理いただきます。
・営業・設計担当者との打合せ
・仮設準備作業、施工許可申請認可後の着工 ～ 竣工までの管理
・ローカルエンジニア管理（QCDS)
応募資格：
■建築の施工管理経験をお持ちの方（日本のみでのご経験でも問題ございません。）
■日常会話レベルの英語
■チェンマイで長く働いていただける方
