Position:  Data Engineer

Salary package: 40,000 THB / mth

Location: Mueang, Chonburi

Responsibilities:

• Data Engineering & Infrastructure

• Design and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from diverse sources including PLC/CNC (FANUC, Mitsubishi), IoT sensors, MES, ERP, and CMMS.

• Design and manage Data Warehouse/Lakehouse schemas, ensuring high data quality and metadata management.

• Develop streaming platforms for real-time monitoring of machine utilization, downtime alerts, and shop-floor metrics.

• Build and deploy models for Anomaly Detection and Remaining Useful Life (RUL) estimation using time-series analysis (ARIMA, LSTM, Prophet).

• Use data to identify production bottlenecks, optimize setup/changeover times, and improve overall throughput.

• Analyze repair history and machine logs to identify failure patterns and extend MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

• Create high-impact dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) to embed data-driven insights into daily operations.

• Conduct pre-post comparisons, A/B testing, and Design of Experiments (DOE) to measure the actual ROI of process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Manufacturing Analytics.

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch/TensorFlow).

• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation.

• Practical knowledge of manufacturing data (Shop-floor measurements, OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance logs).

• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with Azure (IoT Hub, Databricks, Synapse), AWS, or GCP.

• Experience with Reliability Engineering (Weibull analysis) or analyzing logs from CNC Machine Tools (FANUC, Mitsubishi).

• Familiarity with production-grade QA, model monitoring, and security access control.
