A company in the recruitment technology industry is hiring for a Senior Technical Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology leader to shape AI strategy and turn advanced AI technologies into intelligent products that enhance the recruitment experience. The role offers the opportunity to work across product, engineering, and global teams while driving the development of scalable AI capabilities.

Job Description

• Define and execute the AI technical roadmap in alignment with product and business objectives, turning business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Design and deliver AI-powered capabilities including resume parsing, job-candidate matching, semantic search, recommendation systems, AI assistants, and document intelligence.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership through solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and prototyping of complex AI solutions when needed.

• Build and optimize AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, Document AI, OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, Vector Databases, and MLOps, while continuously improving model quality, performance, latency, and operational costs.

• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with responsible AI and data privacy best practices.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, and work with the Global Headquarters in English to align AI strategy, technical direction, architecture, and project delivery.

• Report project progress, technical risks, and strategic recommendations, while contributing to the growth of AI engineering capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with significant experience leading AI/ML initiatives or technical projects.

• Proven experience delivering AI-powered products or features to production with measurable business impact.

• Strong expertise in Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Document AI and OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, semantic search, Vector Databases, and MLOps.

• Experience with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain or similar frameworks, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and modern application development.

• Strong analytical thinking, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Global Headquarters.
