Job Description

Our client specializes in building advanced gas flow control and monitoring systems used in semiconductor manufacturing industries with the aim to significantly enhance fab productivity and capital efficiency with our innovative solutions.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes covering CNC machining, secondary processes, and assembly operations to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, enhance product quality, and minimize material and process waste.

  • Design and improve process flows, production layouts, workstations, and material movement to optimize workflow, reduce non-value-added activities, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency. 

  • Support NPI, engineering changes, and production transfers by evaluating manufacturing processes, capacity, tooling, manpower, and production readiness to ensure smooth implementation into mass production. 

  • Support the implementation of ECO/ECN by assessing the impact on manufacturing processes, tooling, capacity, documentation, and production operations.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process flow charts, routing, SOPs, work instructions, standard work, cycle time data, workstation layouts, and process improvement records.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline. 

  • Min 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, CNC machining, precision manufacturing, secondary processes, assembly, or a related manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge and practical experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, waste elimination, value stream mapping (VSM), line balancing, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Experience in conducting time studies, work measurement, cycle time analysis, capacity planning, manpower planning, productivity analysis, and process optimization.
