Key Responsibilities:
•            Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
•            Provide technical support to end-users, both remotely and in-person.
•            Assist in the management of network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
•            Ensure the organization's data is securely stored and backed up on a regular basis.
•            Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
•            Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements.
•            Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and warranties.
•            Keep up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
•            Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
•            Able to speak both Japanese and English
•            Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
•            Understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security.
•            Familiarity with cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
•            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•            Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
