Company Overview
A Japanese power transmission and conveyor belting manufacturer is looking for Application Engineer (m/f/d). They work with customers in a large number of diverse industries and with a history spanning over 130 years and 18 affiliates in 13 different countries.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and update ISO 9001 quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records
Coordinate internal, customer, and certification audits, including audit preparation and follow-up
Track non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved effectively
Maintain quality records, supplier documentation, specifications, and compliance-related information
Prepare quality KPIs, management reports, and inputs for management reviews
Support quality training and ensure employees follow established quality procedures
Act as the primary coordinator for ISO 9001 activities and quality-related initiatives across departments
Job Requirements
Native level German and Business level English
Background or experience related to mechanical components, belts or other relevant products would be a plus
Practical experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and audits.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and good English skills
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred; supplier quality and customer complaint experience is a plus
