【職務内容】
クライアント企業は、日本の電力小売・卸電力市場に特化した専門コンサルティングファームです。市場環境の変化が続く中、社長を直接サポートし、経営の重要なパートナーとして共に会社を率いていただけるバイスプレジデントを募集しています。
クライアント案件のデリバリー全体を統括し、品質と納期の両面で高い水準を維持していただきます。コンサルタントチームのマネジメントおよび育成を担い、日々の業務における相談役としての役割も期待されます。社長とともに事業戦略の策定に関わり、クライアントとの関係構築や組織運営に関する意思決定にも携わっていただきます。将来的には、より広範な経営幹部としての役割への成長も見込んでいます。

- コンサルティング経験があれば尚可
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上(バイリンガル必須)
- 経営層・クライアントと対等に渡り合えるコミュニケーション能力と判断力
