概要
当社クライアントは、関西にある新しい高級ウェルネスリゾートで、5つのレストランにわたる統合医療ウェルネスダイニングを提供するレストランマネージャーを募集しています。この役割は、日本とフランスの高級料理の高い基準を維持しながら、飲食業務を一から構築しリードするユニークな機会を提供します。福利厚生には、家族および育児支援、社宅の提供が含まれます。
主な業務内容：
- 5つの異なるレストランのサービス運営をリードする
- 最大10名のサービスチームを管理・育成する
- 日本およびフランスの高級料理の高い基準を維持する
- ゲストにパーソナライズされたウェルネス重視のダイニング体験を提供する
- 飲食部門のディレクターと協力してサービス基準を設定する
- 統合医療ウェルネスダイニングのコンセプトを実施する
- 日々のレストラン運営を監督し、スムーズなサービスの流れを確保する
- スタッフの採用とトレーニングを行い、ラグジュアリーホスピタリティの基準を維持する
- ゲストの満足度を監視し、サービスの問題に迅速に対応する
- 全レストランのスケジュール管理とリソース配分を行う
応募条件：
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（必須）
- レストランマネージャーまたはアシスタントマネージャーの経験（必須）
- 日本およびフランスの高級料理の経験
- 複数レストランの運営管理経験
- ウェルネス重視のダイニングコンセプトの知識があれば尚可（必須ではない）
- サービスチームをリードし育成する能力
- ラグジュアリーホスピタリティのサービス基準に精通していること
- 飲食部門のディレクターと協力した経験
