【業務内容】
・樹脂装飾製品（２輪/４輪/家電等々）を製造する同社のインドでの新工場の立ち上げに伴い、工場建設前～完成後の工場運営まで一貫してご活躍いただける総務部長/副社長候補を募集しています。
■具体的には
・新法人の立ち上げに関する会社の規定や各種制度などの仕組みづくり
・工場立ち上げに向けての採用活動および教育、育成、マネジメント
・許認可や外部認証取得の対応
・設備導入、調整・維持管理
・安全管理や労働環境の整備
・コスト管理や予算策定及び収益管理、経営陣への報告業務 など
