Key Responsibilities 

1. Supervise daily production activities to ensure output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

2. Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety requirements.

3. Coordinate workforce allocation, production planning, and machine utilization to maximize productivity.

4. Lead and motivate production operators to achieve operational excellence and team performance goals.

5. Ensure production batches are completed accurately and in accordance with approved specifications.

6. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to support smooth operations.

7. Investigate production issues, deviations, and downtime, and implement effective corrective actions.

8. Monitor and report key manufacturing KPIs such as productivity, yield, waste, and efficiency.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and cost reduction projects.

10. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements 

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Supervisor role.

3. Prior experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance & Flavor, Beauty Products, or FMCG manufacturing is highly preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, production processes, and quality management systems.

5. Experience with batch manufacturing, filling, blending, mixing, compounding, or packaging operations.

6. Proven people management experience, including leading teams of operators and production staff.

7. Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making skills.

8. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and production reporting tools.

9. Good command of English and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
