Job Description
一家深耕越南的大型城市開發與不動產企業，現正招募具備華人市場開發經驗的人才。您將負責拓展及維護台商與華人企業客戶關係，並參與住宅、商業不動產及服務式公寓等多元事業發展。
工作內容建立並維護台商及華人企業客戶關係
開發新客戶並維繫既有客戶合作關係
推動業務開發（Business Development）
執行市場推廣及行銷活動
規劃並執行業務策略，以達成部門 KPI
推廣住宅、商業不動產及服務式公寓相關服務
執行主管交辦專案及其他相關工作
與內外部利害關係人進行溝通協調
3年以上以下任一領域工作經驗：
不動產銷售
業務開發（Business Development）
業務與行銷（Sales & Marketing）
行銷策略規劃（Marketing Strategy）
具備良好的客戶開發及關係維護能力
中文母語程度（台灣華語尤佳）
流利英文聽說讀寫能力
具日語能力者佳
具海外工作經驗者佳
具不動產相關產業經驗者佳
優秀的人際溝通與協調能力
具市場開拓及客戶開發能力
能適應跨國、多元文化工作環境
重視客戶關係經營
主動積極且富有責任感
樂於接受挑戰並持續成長
月薪 USD 2,000 起

工作時間：週一至週五 08:00－17:00

負責開發及維護台商與華人企業客戶網絡

與日本、台灣、韓國及越南團隊合作
