Job Overview
Our client is a multinational company specializing in the formulation, manufacture, sales, and distribution of polyurethane chemical product and services.
This role responsible for quality control, quality assurance, research and development, and technical support functions.
The role involves ensuring product quality compliance, maintaining quality management systems, developing new formulations and polyurethane systems, supporting customer applications, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Perform quality control and quality assurance activities for polyurethane products.
Support product development and formulation improvement projects.
Provide technical support on product applications and troubleshooting.
Investigate quality issues and customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in maintaining ISO quality management systems and related documentation.
Work closely with Production and Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Applied Science or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in QC, QA, R&D or ISO systems will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and/or Japanese language skills are advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Willing to be based in Port Klang and travel occasionally within Malaysia when required.
