Company Overview
Our client is an established manufacturing company in Pasir Gudang, Johor
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, PCs, printers, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Administer user accounts, access rights, backups, and system maintenance.
Support IT projects, system upgrades, implementations, and user training.
Coordinate with internal users, external IT vendors, and Japan Headquarters.
Assist in IT security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
Prepare IT documentation, reports, and inventories.
Provide technical support and perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure support. Fresh graduates with strong Japanese language ability are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of Windows OS, networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), hardware, and IT infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, or ERP systems is an advantage.
Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred) with the ability to communicate with Japan Headquarters.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and provide support outside office hours when required.
