Job Description
COMPANY OVERVIEW
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily construction activities and site workforce.
Monitor work progress against schedule.
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Perform site inspections and resolve construction issues.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Monitor materials, plant, and manpower usage.
Ensure compliance with safety and health requirements.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with project engineers/managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or
related field.2 to 3 years of site supervision experience.
Knowledge of CSA works (Civil, Structural & Architectural).
Ability to read construction drawings.
Familiarity with CIDB and local authority requirements.
Experience in industrial or data center projects is often an advantage.
