私たちのクライアントである日本の新しい高級ウェルネスリゾートは、レストランマネージャーを募集しており、ゼロからダイニング運営を形作ることを求めています。この役割は、5つの異なるレストランを管理し、統合された医療ウェルネスダイニングコンセプトを実施するユニークな機会を提供します。家族や育児支援、会社の住宅など、強力なグループ特典を享受できます。
主な責任:
- 高級ウェルネスリゾートで5つのレストランを管理
- 10人のレストランサービスチームを指導し育成
- 統合された医療ウェルネスダイニングコンセプトを実施
- 日本とフランスの高級ダイニング基準を維持
- サービス基準を設定するためにF&Bディレクターと協力
要件:
- 日本語が流暢であること（必須）
- レストランマネージャーまたはアシスタントマネージャーとしての経験
- 日本とフランスの高級ダイニングでの経験
- 高級ダイニングまたはウェルネス重視の施設での経験が望ましいが必須ではない
- 強力なリーダーシップとチーム管理スキル
