Job Description
・戦略的に選定された、ターゲット地主様を訪問、ニーズのヒアリング
・地主様への建築提案、商談、クロージング
・契約からお引渡しまでの全体フォロー
・ユニットメンバーの育成、同行訪問
≪このポジションのポイント≫
・1件の成約でインセンティブ500万円～1,500万円（実績ベース）
→契約1件で年収2,000万超えも現実的。実力・結果がダイレクトに評価されます。
・営業ターゲットは事前調査の上戦略的に訪問
・転勤なし→当事業部の営業拠点は東京本部のみ。活動エリアも一都三県がメイン。
・火水祝休み＋振替休日制度（取得率ほぼ100%）→休日出勤が発生した場合も、お休みが取れます。
・年間休日数 126日
・将来の経営幹部候補としての採用→会社の第二の柱となる事業の為、現在組織積極拡大中。
・前職の役職は関係なし
