受託事業マネジメント：
・担当する複数の受託コンサルティングプロジェクトの全体進捗管理、リソース配分、予算・採算管理
・プロジェクト計画の策定、スコープ定義、マイルストーン設定
・顧客とのコミュニケーション戦略立案と関係構築
・プロジェクトにおける課題特定、リスク管理、解決策の立案と実行
・プロジェクト成果物の最終レビューと品質保証
戦略立案・提案活動：
・新規顧客開拓に向けた提案書作成、プレゼンテーション実施
・ディレクターとともにコンサルティング事業部の成長戦略を描き、プラクティスの開発、チームビルディング、人材育成、人材採用など事業と組織の成長を牽引
