ポジション概要
人事（HR）領域でのご経験をお持ちの方を特に歓迎します。
本ポジションは、給与計算や会計に関する知識・経験をさらに広げ、専門性を高めていただける成長機会として位置づけています。そのため、給与計算の実務経験は必須ではありません。
人事業務のご経験を活かしながら、新しい分野を学び、将来的に給与・会計オペレーションの専門性を身につけていきたい方に適したポジションです。
給与計算、支払処理、人件費に関する会計業務、年次給与関連業務、監査対応など、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。人事・経理チーム、外部給与計算サービス会社、ホテルの各部門と連携しながら、正確かつ円滑な給与・会計業務の運営をサポートしていただきます。
