【職職内容（仕事内容）】
電話や映像機器を通じた通訳対応（日本人と外国人、海外拠点スタッフ間のコミュニケーション支援）
メール文面の翻訳および日本語によるサポート業務
交通機関、店舗、医療施設、公的機関などからの問い合わせに関するインバウンド対応（状況によりアンケート調査等の業務が発生する場合あり）

通訳・翻訳の実務経験がある方
コールセンターやカスタマーサポートでの勤務経験がある方
