概要と必要条件
・グローバル主導の人材開発・学習プログラム（例：AI関連研修、リーダーシップ開発、ハイポテンシャル向けトレーニング等）の日本への導入・運営を主体的に推進
・担当プログラムにおいて、スケジュール・課題・関係者を管理し、円滑な実行をリード
・グローバルチームおよび外部ベンダーとの連携・調整（英語でのコミュニケーション含む）を通じたプロジェクト推進
・社内ステークホルダー（HR、ビジネス部門等）との連携をリードし、施策の定着・展開を推進
・プログラム運営に関わるオペレーション全般を自律的に実行（参加者対応、各種コミュニケーション作成、進行管理 等）
・既存プログラムの改善・高度化に向けた課題特定および改善施策の実行
・トレーニング資料やコミュニケーションのローカライズ（日英）を通じた品質向上への貢献
